Your responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of the branch and its profitability,
Managing a team, motivating employees and creating sales strategies,
Development of the sales team: recruitment, training and support, especially for new employees,
Ensuring a positive team spirit,
Monitoring and analysing the team's effectiveness using the data available in the CMS,
Continuous improvement of internal processes and policies,
Managing internal relations and liaising with managers from other departments and branches of Hamilton Group
Handling transactions for high-net-worth individual clients
Liasing with developers to build relations and win developer sales contracts,
Capital markets activities including sourcing acquisitions for PRS investors
Maintaining an excellent brand reputation and service levels
Reporting directly to the CEO of the Company

Second Stage Interview

After a successful first interview, we will invite you back for a second meeting in which a more senior member of our team will likely attend.
